Mrs. Pearl Ruth Golden passed away November 30, 2014 at her residence. She was 87 years old.
Funeral Services will be held December 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Simcoe Methodist Cemetery. Rev. Jimmy Baker and Rev.Tim Rice officiating.
Mrs. Golden was born May 23, 1927 to Emmet and Lou Emma Champion Johnson. She was a loving, hardworking Mother and Grandmother.
She is survived by her Daughters: Barbara Walker and Cinthy (Wesley) Ray, Son: Rickey (Sherry) Golden; Brothers: Cecil Johnson and Sidney Johnson, Sisters: Joyce Caldwell, Catherine Harris and Linda Smith, Grandchildren: Marsha Hill, Kenneth Golden, Wayne Parker, Justin Walker, Laura Golden, Kate Golden and Sarah Golden. Great Grandchildren: River, Phoenix and October Parker, Bailey Shedd, Jasmine Walker, Blake and Emma Golden, Crimson Fowler, McKenna Boles and Mason Figley and a Host of Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband: G.T. Golden, Sons: Kenneth Golden and Gary Golden, Brothers: Wilburn, Jerry and Johnny Johnson, Sisters: Mary Strong, Nellie Blankenship and Edna Brock, Great Grandson: Parker Cobain Hill , Son-In-Law: Bertis Walker and Grandson-In-Law: Benjie Hill.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
