Jane was born April 10, 1935 to Eddie Gregg and Elzora Roberson Gregg. She passed from this life on Sunday, March 3, 2024.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Gregg and Elzora Roberson Smith; husband, Robin Beavers; daughter, Joyce Gaskin; grandson, Wade Jones.
She is survived by one son, Mitch Kornegay; one daughter, Sonya Jones; one brother, Morris Gregg; grandchildren, Tonya Akers (Nicky), and Matt Kornegay; great-grandchilren, LaShea Akers, Zachary Akers, Nicholas Akers, Hannah Denise Jones, and Austin Eugene Jones; and a host of family and friends.
Jane was a family-oriented lady who deeply loved her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
