CULLMAN, Ala. – A Holly Pond man was arrested by the Alabama State Bureau of Investigation Thursday, Jan. 25.
Jacob “Jake” Harris, 24, is charged with five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of dissemination of child pornography.
Cullman County District Attorney Champ Crocker said he couldn’t provide many details, but said, “Because of the Rules of Professional Conduct, I am limited in what I can say about this investigation, and I cannot comment on the facts of this particular case. However, as I have said before, I am committed to protecting the people of Cullman County, and that includes our children.”
