CULLMAN, Ala. – Promising an afternoon of delectable delights, laughter and cherished connections, First Source for Women, a pregnancy resource center in Hanceville and Cullman, is hosting its annual Me and My Gal tea party and luncheon. The afternoon tea will take place on Saturday, Feb. 17, at noon at Brick Haven Venue located at 1889 U.S. Highway 278 W.
There is no set ticket fee. First Source is simply asking for a love offering of any amount to contribute to its cause of equipping women facing unexpected pregnancies with the resources they need to thrive. Specifically, the funds raised from this event will go toward replacing a sonogram machine for First Source’s mobile unit.
Executive Director Janet Davis exclaimed, “This is to celebrate the relationships women have with each other. Mothers and daughters, granddaughters and grandmothers, sisters and friends. Everyone is invited!”
First Source asks that attendees don their finest tea party attire, with hats, gloves and frills of all kinds encouraged for a touch of elegance and charm. Attendees with children can expect child-centered games to keep littles entertained.
