Helen (Donna Ruttkay)

CULLMAN, Ala. – Helen, an approximately 5-year-old female domestic short hair with a beautiful cream and tabby coat, is available for adoption at Cullman County Animal Shelter.

Helen’s name means bright and shining light, which is certainly what she’ll bring to your household when you bring her home. She’s had a good bit of life so far, and is ready to take it easy and enjoy everything her later years have to offer.

Helen is hard of hearing, so an environment free of constant surprises will help her thrive best. She isn’t too keen on dogs, but is happy to be the star of the show, solo, wherever she goes!

Helen has all the makings of an ideal therapy or companion animal, and though she may not be able to lend a listening ear, she’ll lend you her heart and loyalty.

Are you ready to meet Helen? Head over to Cullman County Animal Shelter at 935 Convent Road NE, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. for a meet and greet.

Her adoption fee includes spay, DHLPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccines, rabies vaccine, wormer, general exam at the vet and microchip.

Contact the Cullman County Animal Shelter at 256-734-5448 or cullmananimalshelter@co.cullman.al.us.
