CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman County Schools and America’s First Federal Credit Union recognize two employees each month. For November, those employees were Holly Pond High School Agriculture Teacher Rusty Roden and Fairview Middle School Counselor Brittany Davis.
“Rusty is always willing to help and works on every project that comes up,” said Dr. Nate Ayers, Holly Pond High Principal. “Not only is he here early, but he is also here at all hours of the night helping our kids and community,” said Ayers.

“Brittany goes above and beyond to make sure she is available to all of our students, parents and teachers for any need they may have,” said Trina Walker, Fairview Middle School principal. “She does a phenomenal job as a counselor, friend (and) coworker, showing compassion to our students in need, and listening to students, and then responding thoughtfully and effectively.”
Cullman County Schools thanks America’s First for donating a $100 gift card to each employee of the month. Congratulations Rusty and Brittany!
