Funeral service for Lt. Col. Julian Richard Campbell, age 103, of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sep. 23, 2023 at Seventh Street Baptist Church with Rev. Eric Martin officiating; burial at Meek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sep. 23, 2023, at Seventh Street Baptist Church.

Lt. Col. Julian R. Campbell passed away on Monday, Sep. 18, 2023, at Oaks on Parkwood Nursing Facility. He was born Feb. 15, 1920, in Trade, AL, to George Franklin Campbell and Martha RoAnn Campbell.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marie Hamner Campbell; and ten brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his daughters, Teresa Lynn Campbell, Martha Ann Campbell, Jean Marie Campbell (Richard Kirby), and Robin Juliene Campbell (Steve) Wilhelm; grandchildren, Melissa Jean Carden (Kyle Miracle), Rachel Olivia Carpentier (Brett Kostrzewski), Caroline Rue Carden (Felix Bouchet), Steven “Camp” Campbell Wilhelm, and Ryan Lee Wilhelm; great grandchildren, Lily Tallulah Carden- Bouchet and Adelaide Marie Kostrzewski; sister, Doris Campbell Fuller and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
