VINEMONT, Ala. – The Town of Vinemont will host its monthly senior luncheon on Monday, April 21, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Vinemont Community Center. This month’s luncheon will have a special Easter theme. All monthly luncheons are open to anyone 55 and older, from any community.
Town Clerk Kayecea Sasser said, “Having these events allows our senior citizens to get out to socialize, have a good meal and play games. We have been hosting these events since January of 2022.”
The monthly events are packed with food and fun, with bingo being a crowd favorite, she said. “This month we are going to have an Easter egg hunt and bingo for them to participate in.”
Looking forward to next month, Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry will be on-site, grilling for the seniors.
The Vinemont Community Center is located at 88 Ridgeway St.
