Harold Loyd Lee (90) passed away in his sleep in Cullman, Alabama on March 30th, 2025, and was born in Cullman on November 17th, 1934.
Mr. Lee is preceded in death by his: parents Loyd Washington & Lula May Gentry Lee; sister Atholene Lee Goodwin; infant brother John Curtis Lee; wife Lenore Irene Machulis Lee, having celebrated over 50 years of marriage together; son Harold Loyd Lee Jr; other family members. He leaves behind his: son Brian Edwin (Cathy) Lee; grandchildren Nicole Marie (James) Anasto, Brian Edwin Lee Jr & Justin Tyler Lee; great-grandchildren Aidan James Anasto & Ava Marie Anasto, other family members.
Harold was a retired Journeyman Inside Wireman with the IBEW and was recently celebrated as a distinguished 70-year member. He traveled nationwide to work on large-scale infrastructure projects, including the construction of various power plants and naval ships. Harold went to Alabama Polytechnic Institute (now Auburn University) and was a longtime resident of Vinemont, AL, and Pass Christian, MS. He was also a member of the Freemasons, Lodge #421.
As a dedicated Christian throughout his lifetime, Mr. Lee belonged to multiple churches and served as a Deacon at several of them, including: First Baptist Church in Pass Christian, MS, 7th Street Baptist Church in Cullman, AL, Macedonia Baptist Church in Vinemont, AL, and Panama Missionary Baptist Church in Vinemont, AL where he will be buried.
Though Harold Loyd Lee will be deeply missed, his warmth, wisdom, and unwavering spirit will be fondly remembered by many.
