It was presented March 15 during the Jr. Livestock Expo in Montgomery, coordinated by the Alabama Farmers Federation and Alfa Insurance. He received the scholarship for excellence in showing cattle and plans to attend Wallace State before transferring to Auburn University to study agricultural business and economics.
