In Loving Memory of J.B. (Curley) Pugh 

J.B. (Curley) Pugh beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away peacefully at his home on February 21, 2025 at 84. He was a man of kindness, strength, and unwavering love, always putting his family first. His warm heart, gentle wisdom, and endless generosity touched the lives of all who knew him. 

He leaves behind his loving wife Juanita, Steven Pugh son (Calisto Harvalias) honorary son, Geraldine Powell sister (Jack) Charles Pugh brother (Ann), Darryl Pugh brother (Darlene), Special daughter in law and loving caregiver Michele Schultz (Pugh). Mr Pugh was preceded to his heavenly home by Ledmon and Audrey Pugh (parents) Anthony Pugh (son), Oscar Flores ( special family) brothers Jimmy (Clara), Donald (Debra), Larry “Butch” and Gary Wayne “Scooter”Pugh. His grandchildren Jesica Pugh Henderson (Josh), Whittney Pugh, Samantha Pugh and Blane Taunton, as well as his great grandchildren Bryce, Abigail, Halle, Naomi and Crew Hayden (Samantha) Lexie and Logan Henderson (Jesica).He leaves behind many loving, nephews, nieces, and cousins who will forever cherish his memory. Though he is no longer with us, his love and legacy will live on in our hearts. 

A celebration of his life will be held on February 23, 2025 at Hanceville, Alabama funeral home. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with funeral services following directly after in the chapel. Mr. Pugh will be laid to rest at Hopewell Cemetery, Hanceville, Alabama. 

Rest peacefully, Dad. You will always be loved and never forgotten.
