CULLMAN, Ala. – Christy Willoughby, 47, of Cullman, on Dec. 31, 2024, was arrested by deputies from the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for two separate court order violations. These charges stemmed from a previous incident involving arson.
Willoughby faces a diversion violation, stemming from an arson case from March 2024 and a conditional release violation related to the same case.
The arrest came after the Cullman Police Department responded to an incident on Dec. 26, 2024. Following the investigation, CCSO deputies took Willoughby into custody.
She is currently being held at the Cullman County Detention Center without bond.
