Funeral Service for Helen A. Foster, age 92 of Huntsville, will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Dr. David Chambers officiating; burial at First Baptist Church of Fairview. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Foster passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Crestwood Medical Center. She was born November 18, 1932, to Arvis R. Akin and Jewel Faye Akin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Verbon LC Foster; daughter, Sandy Harvell and sister, June McGee.
Survivors include her daughter, Cathy Foster, grandchild, Ashley Harvell (Brady) Gamble; brother, Rusty (Susan) Akin; great grandchildren, Amelia Kate Gamble and Luke Foster Gamble.
