Funeral service for Kipp Lynn Merritt, age 59 of Decatur, will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2024 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Buddy Price officiating; burial at Flint Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2024 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. Merritt passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born Friday, September 17, 1965 to Frank Merritt and Jan Livingston.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Tilda Merritt, and brother-in-law, Rex Hale.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Merritt, brother, Tony Merritt, sister, Tammy (David) Taylor, sisters-in-law, Vickie (David) Smith and Lori (Doug) Bice and a host of nieces and nephews.
