Funeral service for James Keith Rhodes, age 62, of Cullman, will be Friday, December 13, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Larry Duke officiating. Visitation will be held at the chapel on Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 6-8 p.m. and Friday before the service from 12-2 p.m. Interment will be held at Bethsadia Baptist Church.

Keith was born on September 25, 1962, to James Sherrell and Mary Alice Rhodes. He passed away Monday, December 9, 2024, surrounded by family.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Sherrell Rhodes and the love of his life Brenda Taylor.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Alice White Rhodes; his sister, Mary Rebecca “Becky” Aaron (Randy); his daughter, Catherine Rhodes Hillman (Philip); his son, James Brandon Rhodes; and his grandchildren, Emma Tucker-Hillman, Alli Tucker-Hillman, and Audree Hillman, and the children of Brenda Taylor, Jesse Bradford and Lilee Taylor.
Family remembers Keith as a dedicated worker, as he retired from Walmart Distribution Center after being employed there for more than 35 years. He enjoyed working on cars, Alabama Football, singing and playing guitars and banjos, but his most loved hobby was fishing and going out on his boat.
He loved his family and had the most contagious laugh. Keith will be greatly missed.
