CULLMAN, Ala. – Have a little one who wants to send a letter to Santa? Bring the kids to the Cullman County Public Library downtown through Dec. 18. They can write letters and “mail” them to the North Pole, letting Santa know their wish lists just in time for Christmas.

Cullman County Public Library System Circulation Manager Laura Benton explained, “Join us for the magic of the season at the Cullman Public Library where we have a direct mailbox to Santa at the North Pole. We would love for guardians to come and fill out letters to Santa. We have premade letters that you can fill out or bring your own from home.”

If you leave a return address, Santa will respond!

Also, don’t miss the library’s Christmas events. Special guests and Christmas stories and crafts will be featured at storytime Dec. 3, 10 and 17, at 10 a.m.

The library will also have a special Saturday event on Dec. 21, at 10 a.m., with a Christmas movie and hot cocoa bar.

“On Saturday we will be showing ‘The Grinch’ and serving hot chocolate,” said Benton.

The event is free, and all ages are welcome.
