Funeral service for Eleanor Frances Vinson, age 81, of Cullman, will be Monday, December 2, 2024, at 1 p.m. at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Brent Garrett officiating. Visitation will be held at the chapel from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.

Eleanor was born on January 27, 1943, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Marvin and Laverne Humanes. She passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024, at Woodland Village Nursing Home in Cullman, surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Vinson; son, Raymond Powell; daughter, Christy Hutchenson.
She is survived by her sons, Keith Powell, Wesley Powell, Kenneth Hutchenson, Jeffrey Vinson, and Dewayne Humanes; daughter Linda Trina Shelnutt (Kevin); brother, Lee Humanes (Sue); sisters, Wendy Shipp, and Venus Simms; grandchildren, Sabrina Shelnutt, Erica Shelnutt, Breanna Vinson, Jason Powell, Daniel Powell, Timmy Powell, and Nathan Powell; a host of family and friends.
