Debra Loraine Sims, 70, of Vega, Texas passed away on November 16, 2024.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at Memorial Park Cemetery at Vega. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Debra was born in Michigan on October 12, 1954, to Lena L. (Nix) and Hurchel St Campbell. She was raised in Cullman, Alabama for many years, she later moved to Amarillo, Texas, and then to Vega, Texas. She worked as a nurse for over 30 years.
Debra will be greatly missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lena and Hurchel Campbell; her son, Christopher Willingham; and her sister, Barbara Margle.
She is survived by her ex-husband, David Sims and his wife Cordia; and step-children, Daniel P. Sims, Virgilia Woodard, Veronica Sims, Quinton Sims, and Madison Matson.
