CULLMAN, Ala. – Several new restaurants are coming to Cullman, including Half Shell Oyster House, 7 Brew, Dunkinā Donuts, Outback Steakhouse and a second Goat Island Brewing location.
āItās pretty remarkable whatās happening in this community and the interest here and the growth. I just think Cullman is a great place for those, and a lot of these retail establishments who are very interested,ā said Cullman Economic Development Agency Director Dale Greer. āYou asked in particular about a couple – Dunkinā Donuts is under construction in the shopping center on the south end of town, down there by Kentucky Fried Chicken. You go on to Loweās there is the 7 Brew, which is a coffee shop with a drive-thru thatās in their parking lot.ā
Greer continued, āWeāre seeing people begin to take advantage of spaces that exist for the smaller things and filling in the needs and those kinds of things. Outback Steakhouse is under construction in the North Shopping Center. Itās there, and when you drive by that you can see all of the work going on there. Thatās one that a lot of people wanted, and there are a few others that they asked about more in the center of town, thatās Cotton Creek, which is on the west side. Youāre beginning to see an awful lot of development on the west side and Half Shell Oyster House is under construction in that facility and Goat Island (Brewing) is putting a separate location there.ā
Half Shell Oyster House and a second Goat Island Brewing location will be housed at Cotton Creek at 417 Third Ave. SW.
7 Brew will be in front of Loweās, which is located at 1717 Cherokee Ave. SW.
Dunkinā Donuts will be adjacent to Kentucky Fried Chicken at 1620 Second Ave. SW.
Outback Steakhouse will be next to Hardeeās in the North Shopping Center.
All are slated to be open in spring 2025.
