CULLMAN, Ala. – The HAY Mamas Christmas Bazaar will be held at the North Alabama Agriplex Saturday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
HAY Mamas Founder and Group Administrator Angela Crauswell said HAY Mamas stands for “Helping All Y’all Mamas” and members focus on their Christian walks throughout all aspects of their lives.
The event began two years ago to help showcase the talents of group members, according to Crauswell, but it has opened up to other vendors.
“We are a small homesteading, homemaking, homeschooling group and we believe in helping one another in whatever way we can,” Crauswell said. “This event is one way that we are able to help others. The vendor fees we will put towards helping a family in need within our community.”
The venue is smaller than those of other craft shows, and Crauswell said they love it.
“This way, we can have a variety of vendors without overwhelming people with the same items at every booth,” Crauswell said. “We will have baked goods, jams, fudge, herbal remedies, handmade jewelry, pottery, Thirty-One, goats milk soap, home decor and so much more. We will be indoors and under the pavilion in the back of the Agriplex.”
Crauswell said due to being a smaller venue, the number of booths selling the same items will be limited.
