WASHINGTON, D.C. – Rep. Robert Aderholt, R-Alabama, recently called for entries in the 2025 Presidential Inauguration Parade.
“On Jan. 20, 2025, the United States will inaugurate the 47th president of the United States. While the election to choose the next president is still (sic) weeks away, plans for the inauguration are already underway. The plans include the current construction of the inaugural platform on the United States Capitol West Front and planning for the inaugural parade down Pennsylvania Avenue.
“I know that we have some great high school and college marching bands across Alabama, and they would make a great addition representing Alabama in the parade. Organizations that wish to enter floats into the parade will also be considered. I look forward to Alabama being represented on Jan. 20.”
