Wanza Delita Akridge, age 77 of Cullman, AL, died Monday September 30, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Akridge; her parents: Juanita and Melvin Bishop; grandmother Eva Bishop and aunt Opal Partridge.
Wanza is survived by her children: Elizabeth Hart (Matt), Chad Akridge (Dani), and Matt Akridge; Grandchildren: Cole Akridge, Ava Akridge, Marley Hart and Ivy Hart; sisters-in-law: Jackie Gibson and Betty Ann Delchamps and many other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 11 a.m. until the celebration of Wanza’s life which will begin at 1 p.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Cullman City Cemetery.
