BATTLEGROUND, Ala. – Local group 3Sixty Jeep Club will host its second annual Jeep Club Rally Sept. 13-15 at Camp Liberty in near Battleground.
The rally is the club’s most significant event of the year, with live music, car shows, cornhole competitions, eating contests and more activities and events. Proceeds will continue one of 3Sixty’s primary missions: bringing families and organizations together, providing assistance to the less fortunate in the community.
“All the benefits are going towards veterans,” shared 3Sixty Jeep Club Vice President Morgan Swindoll. “As an SSG and full-time member of the Alabama National Guard, I strongly believe in and support the work our Jeep Club does.”
The Rally will begin on Friday, Sept. 13, at noon, with the national anthem and continue until Sunday, Sept. 15 at noon, when the club closes the event with a “Thank You” address.
Friday and Saturday are packed with events like a Womanless Beauty Pageant and a Karaoke contest, while Sunday has plans for a Jeeps and Jesus service with Redeemed Ministries at 8 a.m.
Admission to the rally will be sold at the gate for $35 per person, and children 10 and younger are free. Interested attendees can register online before the event and receive a discounted admission to the rally of $30.
“The more people who know about this event, the more we have to show up and show out for the veterans who helped pave the way for myself and others,” said Swindoll.
