uneral service for Sarah Elizabeth “Liz” Roper, age 77 of Vinemont, is Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Cullman Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at the chapel from noon-2 p.m. and interment will be at Vinemont Baptist Cemetery.

Sarah was born September 29, 1946, to Roy Herman Adams and Mary Elizabeth Shelton Adams. She passed from this life on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Huntsville Hospital.
Sarah is preceded in death by her husband, William Anderson Roper.
She is survived by two daughters, Felicia Roberson and husband, Brian Roberson, Sr., and Shawn Earwood and husband, Clayton; one sister, Nancy Garrison and husband, Phillip; grandchildren, Brian Roberson, Jr. and wife, Jessica, Heather Stewart and husband Nic, Lisa Woods and husband Kannan, Stephanie Morris and husband Brandon, and Haley Earwood; great-grandchildren, Colby Stewart, Easton Stewart, Brantley Stewart, Kamdyn Woods, and Avery Woods; a host of family and friends.
Family remembers Liz as a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who loved her family deeply.
Pallbearers will be Brian Roberson, Sr., Clayton Earwood, Brian Roberson, Jr., Phillip Garrison, Nic Stewart, Kannan Woods, Colby Stewart, and Brandon Morris.
Honorary pallbearers are Easton Stewart, Brantley Stewart, Kamdyn Woods, and Avery Woods.
