Douglas McArthur Hagood, age 82, of Cullman, Alabama passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024.
Douglas is survived by his wife, Johnnie Hagood; his daughter Connie Lawrence (Jamie); and his son Brian Hagood (Cecelia); his sister Betty Tubbs; his grandchildren Madison Lawrence, Lauren Hagood, Morgan & Bo Wright, Lydia Hagood and Mackenzie Lawrence and his great grandchildren Campbell and Stratton Wright.
Services for Douglas will be held August 2-3, 2024, at Moss Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Ave NW, Cullman, AL 35055. Family will receive friends for a visitation on Friday, August 2, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. On Saturday, August 3, 2024, there will be a lie in state from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Moss Service Funeral Home directing.
Douglas will be laid to rest in Cullman City Cemetery, 812 9th Ave SW, Cullman, Alabama 35055-4812.
