Tucker, Bagwell named Cullman County Schools Employees of the Month

CULLMAN, Ala.Cullman County Schools and AmFirst recognize a teacher and staff member each month of the school year.

May Staff Member of the Month: Mack Tucker, bus driver, West Point

Mack Tucker is a school bus driver at West Point. He is retiring this year, after serving 45 years!

“Mack has driven a bus for our system since 1978 and has done so exceptionally,” said Cullman County Schools Superintendent Dr. Shane Barnette. “We thank him for his many years or service to the Cullman County Board of Education, and wish him the very best in retirement.”

May Teacher of the Month: Sarah Bagwell, Good Hope Elementary School

Sarah Bagwell is a collaborative education teacher at Good Hope Elementary.

“This year Sarah had a number of students with unique needs who have relied on her in many different ways,” said Beverly Jenkins, Good Hope Elementary principal. “She meets those needs daily because she puts her students’ needs first no matter the extra time it may take.”

Each teacher and staff member of the month receives a $100 gift card.
