Update: US Marshals locate fugitive

The U.S. Marshals Service located and apprehended fugitive Rodney Dale Kilgore today in Birmingham. Kilgore was wanted on felony charges out of Georgia.

Kilgore has ties to Cullman County and was believed to have been in the area recently. 

According to Cullman Police Chief David Nassetta, Kilgore was arrested in Birmingham and the CPD has no further details. 

“We were not not involved in the arrest,” Nassetta said. “We also have no information on his charges. We only assisted the Marshals Service in looking for him after they received information that he may have been staying with family in the area; however, we weren’t able to locate him.”

CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman Police Department is assisting the U.S. Marshals Service in locating a fugitive. 

Cullman Police Chief David Nassetta said the U.S. Marshals are looking for wanted fugitive Rodney Dale Kilgore on felony charges out of Georgia. 

“Mr. Kilgore has ties to Cullman County and is believed to have been in the area recently,” Nassetta said. “They believe he was staying with relatives in the area in early May. We have been looking for him for the past week, but can’t find any evidence that he is still around.”
