Summer meals returning to county schools

CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Schools Child Nutrition Program (CNP) and its workers are deeply committed to their motto, “School may be out, but no child should be left hungry. You can feed them.” This summer, CNP staff will ensure no child in the Cullman County area goes hungry due to a lack of resources or available food.

Breakfast and lunch will be served Monday-Friday, June 10-28. Breakfast will be served from 8-9 a.m. and lunch will be served from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at Vinemont, Welti, West Point, Harmony, Fairview, Cold Springs, Holly Pond, Good Hope High and Hanceville Elementary Schools.

The Summer Feeding Program is open to all children and students younger than 18 who live in Cullman County, free of charge.
