CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman Parks, Recreation & Sports Tourism (CPRST) is set to host a significant job fair event aimed at rounding out its team with fresh talent. The job fair is scheduled for Saturday, April 13, at the Cullman Wellness & Aquatic Center, from noon-4 p.m.
With over 300 positions available, CPRST is looking to fill a variety of roles across multiple departments. This hiring initiative is part of CPRST’s commitment to maintaining its reputation for recreational excellence, as evidenced by its status as a National Gold Medal finalist and Alabama’s first CAPRA-accredited agency. CAPRA is the only national accreditation for park and recreation departments.

This job fair is open to applicants of all ages, offering both seasonal and long-term career opportunities.
WildWater General Manager Michael Schwitek highlighted the inclusivity of the job fair, saying, “This is the perfect opportunity for students, teachers, retirees and anyone else looking for a fun summer job. We have positions available for all skill and experience levels and provide all of the training you need to be successful!”
Echoing this sentiment, CPRST Athletics Director at CPRST Ashley Dye encouraged potential applicants, sharing, “If you have a passion for sports and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to attend our job fair.
