CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman County Schools is gearing up for kindergarten registration for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Families interested in enrolling their children can now pre-register online at www.ccboe.org/k where a step-by-step guide has been provided. In-person registration will be available from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on designated dates for each school.
Elementary Curriculum Coordinator Margaret Guthrie shared her enthusiasm about the upcoming registration, stating, “Kindergarten registration is an exciting time for our school system. This gives us a chance to meet our incoming kindergarteners which helps us plan for the future. We expect to enroll several new kindergarteners that are zoned for their specific schools and students that live outside our district as space allows.”
Parents and guardians will need to bring their child and the following documents on the day of registration:
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Immunization records
- Proof of residency (e.g., a current utility bill)
