Gorden Lee Boylen, age 78, of Cullman, passed from this life on April 2, at his home.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Limuel Boylen and Catherine Brown Boylen; brother, Richard Boylen; sister, Betty Mick.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Linda Boylen; son, Julie Ann Boylen; daughter, Kelley Wood; brother, John Boylen; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
Family describes Gorden as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, friend, and neighbor. He was a member of Arlington Memorial Baptist Church in Akron, Ohio. He was a good and loyal man, and he will be greatly missed.
