CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) recent arrests include:

March 14

Deputies and investigators served a search warrant at a residence in Crane Hill on March 14. 

Gary Lee Hardin, 49, of Crane Hill, and Tammy Rena Moore, 37, of Cullman, were located inside the residence. 

During the search of the residence, various narcotics and paraphernalia were allegedly located. 

Hardin and Moore were both placed under arrest.

Hardin is charged with unlawful possession with intent to sell/distribute methamphetamine, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Moore is charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of forgery (warrants) and  possession of forgery device/tools (warrant).

Deputies responded to the report of a suspicious male subject wandering in the parking lot of a business in Good Hope. 

Upon arrival, deputies located Kenneth Austin Short, 34, of Ragland, Alabama.

A subsequent search of his person and surrounding area allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.

Short was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 15

Deputies received calls of a suspicious person in the roadway near Fairview. 

Brian Keith Jones, 45, of Baileyton, was located outside his vehicle in the roadway. 

Jones was not wearing clothes, and was unresponsive to deputies’ questions and commands. 

Deputies attempted to place Jones under arrest, but he allegedly resisted. 

He was ultimately taken into custody and transported to the Cullman County Detention Center.

Jones is charged with public intoxication, public lewdness, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Alabama Highway 157 and Alabama Highway 69 North. 

Leah Neshea Seals, 41, of Somerville, Alabama, was identified as the driver of the vehicle. 

A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.

Seals was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies responded to a call of a suspicious female walking Good Hope. 

Deputies located Lindsey Marie Woods, 37,  of McCalla, Alabama, on foot in the area.

A subsequent search of her person allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.

Woods was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
