Funeral service for Faye Eddy Key, age 83, of Cullman, is Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Holy Ground Baptist Church (Formerly New Mt. Zion Baptist Church) in Crane Hill, with her sons, Ryan Key and Robin Key officiating. Interment will follow the service at New Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday night, Feb. 27, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Cullman Funeral Home.

Faye was born April 14, 1940, to Louis James Eddy and Novel Belle Kilgo Eddy. She passed from this life on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray Key; three brothers; three sisters.
She is survived by her four sons, Phillip Key (DeeAnna), Robin Key (Tonya), Faron Key (Tamisha), Ryan Key; three daughters, Jane Seymore (Jimmy), Felicia Marlowe, Tammy Knight (Steve); one brother, Welcome “Bill” Eddy (Melva); grandchildren, Amy Seymore (Patrick McDonald), Kelly Seymore, Tracy Hogeland (Brent), Dallas Seymore (Erin), Jacob Marlowe, Shayna Eddleman (Jake), Cassidy Thomas (Jake), Zach Knight (Rachael), Nathan Knight (Alex), Alex Holmes (Justin), Hannah Key, Natalie Key, Caleb Woodard, Jacob Woodard, Kayla Harbin (Blake), Karmyn Cartee (Tyler), Kiah Key, Kohl Key; fifteen great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; a host of friends.
Pallbearers will be Phillip Key, Faron Key Kiah Key, Kohl Key, Dallas Seymore, Jacob Marlowe. Honorary pallbearers are the great-grandsons.
Faye was a beautiful soul and faithful servant of the Lord. Family describes her as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be very missed by all who have known and loved her through the years.
