CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office has made several unrelated drug and felony arrests recently, including:

Feb. 6

Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Berlin community. Justin Wayne Farr, 32, of Cullman, and Kinsey Nikole Burns, 20, of Cullman, were identified as passengers in the vehicle. 

Deputies determined that Farr had multiple outstanding warrants. Burns allegedly provided multiple false names prior to identifying herself. A subsequent search of their persons allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia. Both were placed under arrest. 

Farr is charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance (warrant), unlawful possession of dangerous drugs (warrant) and being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm (warrant).

Burns is charged with obstruction/using a false name and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested Larrydale Dewayne Grimmett, 54, of Hartselle, on multiple failure to appear warrants. 

He is charged with five counts of failure to register with local law enforcement as an adult sex offender, unlawful possession of dangerous drugs, two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of dangerous drugs.

Feb. 7

Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Good Hope community. Ethan Brant Parris, 31, of Cullman, was identified as the driver. 

A subsequent search of the vehicle and his person allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia. A portion of the narcotics was allegedly located in liquid in the bottom of a bottle inside the vehicle – an attempt to conceal and/or destroy the substance.

Parris was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
