Brenda Gail Parrish passed away peacefully at her home on Feb. 10, 2024. Brenda was born in Cullman, Alabama on Feb. 27, 1949. She was preceded in death by her parents Faye Buchmann Daniel and Bobby Rayburn Reeder, and her brothers Bobby W. Reeder and Danny Reeder.
Brenda attended Cullman High School. She received a degree in Nursing from Wallace State Community College. She worked in several areas of nursing in Cullman and Birmingham over her many years including doctor’s offices, hospitals and home health. She loved nursing and was very compassionate in caring for her patients.
Brenda is survived by her son Tim Jones of Cullman, sister Cindy Blevins and husband Robert of Houston, Texas, sister Donna Chandler of Cullman, aunt JoAnn Hinkle and husband David of Cullman and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to sincerely thank the loving caregivers who took care of Brenda during her final years. A graveside service will be held Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Cullman City Cemetery.
