Funeral service for Angie Carlene Smith, age 72, of Cullman, is Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024 at 3 pm at Cullman Funeral Home chapel, with Bro. Paul Cleghorn officiating. Family will welcome friends from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Interment will be held at Crossroads Cemetery.

Angie was born Aug. 17, 1951 to Dewey Burney and Dovie Gertrude Duke Burney. She passed from this life on Monday, Feb. 5, 2024.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Smith; husband and dad to her children, L.C. Everett; son, Lamar Smith; two brothers, Ark Burney, Frank Burney; sisters, Linda Williams, Jana Faye Horton, and Edna Hardin.
She is survived by her children, Angela Husley (Tracy), Kevin Everett; sisters, Betty Clay, Shirley Brock, Deborah Blackmon, and Kathy Burson; grandchildren, Kayla Clowers (Patrick), Zach Hancock (Kelsey), Robyn Roberts (Justin), Christian Husley (Maresa), Delana Everett (A.J.), Devin Everett (Hannah), Destinie Drake (Zack), Tuff Everett, Annabella Everett, Cody Smith, Josh Smith; eleven great-grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
Angie, otherwise known as “lil’ snatchy”, was a wonderful woman who loved growing flowers, camping, and travelling. She loved her family, grandbabies, and great-grandbabies most of all. She will be so missed.
