Angie Martha Childers Veal, 99, died Feb. 2, 2024. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Etha Baptist Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents M.O. and Vera Drinkard Childers; her husband, Arthur Leo Veal; her son, Jerry Veal; sisters, Ruby (Hop) Bailey, Elizabeth (Millard) Holmes, Susie Childers, Bernice (Raymond) Chesser; brothers; Billy (Sarah) Childers, O.Q. (Mae) Childers, Berlin (Gail) Childers and Laco (Corrine) Childers.
She is survived by her children; Sheila Hooper and Larry Joe (Judy) Veal; grandchildren; Bryon (Laura) Veal, Jennifer James, Jeremy (Claire) Veal, Brandy Snowball and Gina (Brandon) Robertson; her great grandchildren; Woods Robertson, Rachel Veal, BriAnna (Andrew) Gurley, Latasha James, Coty (Brandy) James, Drakken James, Logan Brooks, Braiden Brooks, Justice Balla, Jacob (Savannah) Balla, Britney (Cory) Landman; her great great grandchildren; Heavenly Ginn, Angel-Lynn Ginn, Titan Best-Lindsey, Jezzlynn Deboard, Shelton James, Dominic James, Corbin James, Jessie James and Dawson James.
