Funeral Service for Carla Ann Towe, age 75, of Decatur, will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home; burial at Mt. Zion. Visitation will be from 1 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Towe passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024 at River City Center. She was born Aug. 5, 1948 to Henry Carlton Biggs and Lois Charlotte Self.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Randall Smith.
Survivors include her husband, Douglas Towe, grandsons, Kyle Smith, Kody (Dakoda) Smith, Kolby (Alex) Smith, great grandchildren, Whitlee Smith, Ryker Smith, Lincoln Smith, and Wilder Smith, brother, Gary Biggs, niece, Susan Taylor, and nephew, Wesley Hanset Jr.
