Misty Annette Dempsey, 39, of Double Springs, passed away Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024 at her residence.
She was born July 9, 1984. Misty’s world revolved around her children and husband. She loved her family more than anything. She was such a wonderful person and friend. Misty could light up a room just by walking in it. You could never have a bad day while she was around. Misty will be missed by so many. Our hearts are broken but misty is dancing with the angels.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs.
Misty is survived by her husband, Jeromy Dempsey; sons, Eli Dempsey and Michael Sellers; daughter, Harmoney Dempsey; mother, Patricia (Gerald) Potete; father, Mike Miller; sisters, Kristy (Charles) Stiffler, Devana Miller (Benji Odom), and Savana Miller (Michael Boone); brother, Heath Overton; sisters-in-law, Stella (Ron) Alaxander, Blenda (Bj) New, Kristy (James) Mathews; mother-in-law, Noma Dempsey; brother-in-law, Shannon Dempsey.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edward (Devona) Treece, Eugene (Easter) Miller, Geneva Frost; aunt, Sheila Hood; uncle, Jamie Treece; and cousin and best friend, Lisa Flanagin.
