Freda Vondalee Rowell, nee Bell, age 87, passed away on Dec. 9, 2023, in her home state of Indiana.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Adam Whitehead officiating. Burial will take place immediately following at Baldwin Heights Baptist Church Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Rowell was born May 25,1936, in Cullman County, Alabama, to Wilburn Nathaniel Bell and Meley Lavader Bell, nee Mattox.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Elbert Lee Bell; sister, Vetrel Ilene Segars; and brother, Herbert Cordell Bell.
Survivors include her two daughters, Rochelle Dian and Mona Schmitt; granddaughter, Sarah Groom; grandson, Tommy Schmitt; sister, Jewell Dene Bell; as well as many nieces and nephews.
