Funeral service for Willadean Fayteen Yates, age 87, of Cullman, will be at 12 p.m. on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Wade Maynard officiating; interment in Cullman Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Ms. Yates passed away on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, at Cullman Regional. She was born July 15, 1936, to James Yates and Avy Yates.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donnie Yates, Odean Yates, James Yates, and Oree Yates; and sisters, Evelyn Hardin, Dorothy Fleischammel, and Delores Durham.
Survivors include her children; Lowell (Tina) Chumley, Kathy Holmes, Billy (Glenda) Chumley, Susan Chism, Roger (Becky) Chumley, and Keith Chumley; ten grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Patsy (Thomas) Hale.
