CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) made several arrests over the last week, including:

Dec. 15

Deputies were informed of a subject who appeared to have passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in the parking lot of a business in the Berlin community. Michael David Shultz, 37, of Cullman, was located in the reported vehicle. 

A subsequent search of his person allegedly yielded a large amount of narcotics (over 13 grams) and paraphernalia. It was also determined that he had an outstanding warrant. 

Shultz was arrested and charged with unlawful distribution of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense (failure to appear).

Dec. 16

Deputies arrested Angela Gail Chambers, 49, of Hanceville, on multiple failure to appear warrants stemming from an incident that occurred earlier this year. 

Her charges include two counts of child abuse, possession of dangerous drugs and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested Brian Scott Willingham, 47, of Gadsden, on an outstanding warrant stemming from an incident that occurred in 2016.

Willingham is charged with reckless endangerment.

Dec. 17

Deputies located a vehicle parked in the roadway in the Hanceville area. Dustyn Herndon Allred, 28, of Cullman, was located behind the wheel of the vehicle, which was still running.

Allred appeared to be asleep. After several attempts, deputies were able to rouse Allred. Deputies determined that Allred had an outstanding warrant. 

A subsequent search of the vehicle and his person allegedly yielded narcotics.

He was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and burglary (failure to appear).
