Judy Ann Parker, age 75, of Hanceville, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023, at Cullman Regional. She was born Nov. 10, 1948, in Cullman, Alabama, to Floyd McDowell and Ophelia McDowell.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kristina Harris; parents; and brother, Gary McDowell.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne D. Parker; son, James (Lamonica) Harper; grandchildren, Deserie Young, Kaleene Whitlock, Chloe Harper, Caitlin Harper, and Chelsea Harper; and brother, Quinnen McDowell.
