CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) made multiple arrests over the last several days, including:

Nov. 28

Deputies arrested Christopher Shaun Graves, 40, of Cullman, on a probation violation for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

Dec. 8

Deputies responded to a call of gunshots in the Water Valley community. Upon arrival, they determined Joshua Edward William Burditus, 38, of Vinemont, had allegedly fired a gun at the reporting victim. 

The victim had arrived at a nearby residence to pick up an acquaintance when Burditus allegedly fired at the victim’s vehicle. The victim left the residence in his vehicle and Burditus allegedly pursued the vehicle, firing additional gunshots at the victim. Deputies located Burditus and placed him under arrest.  

Burditus is charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and two counts of reckless endangerment.

Dec. 10

Deputies arrested Darryl Glenn Wadsworth, 61, of Oneonta, on multiple outstanding warrants stemming from incidents in 2022.

Wadsworth is charged with counterfeiting (grand jury), using a false identity (grand jury), unlawful possession of dangerous drugs (warrant), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (warrant) and Illegal possession of prescription drugs (warrant).
