CULLMAN, Ala. – Share Club of Cullman’s annual Christmas Tour of Homes is set to take place Sunday, Dec. 3. It’s a chance to step inside beautiful local homes that have been transformed into something straight from a Christmas movie. The tour will begin at 1 p.m. and end around 5.
“The Share Club is honored that families would open up their homes to help give back to local charities in Cullman,” said the Share Club’s Maria Stanford. “We are grateful for our community partners, sponsors and individuals who buy tickets to support our event.”
The Christmas Tour of Homes will spotlight four local residence, from a home in one of Cullman’s oldest neighborhoods in the Historic District to a brand new home on Lewis Smith Lake.
The Henshaw home in Cullman’s Historic District is scheduled to be the first stop on the tour. This home, built in 1907, will showcase the residents’ personal style and their love of the holidays, while highlighting the impressive architecture and updates.
Tyler and Bailey Frost own the second home on the tour. Built in 1967, it is a renovated ranch-style home, with the boldly blue exterior adding a pop of color to the neighborhood. Vintage and eclectic Christmas decor complement and enhance the home’s retro feel.
A new construction home is next on the list; the home of Tim and Pat Klein features many customizations and stunning architecture and craftsmanship. The decor matches the enthusiasm the owners have for spreading holiday cheer, while complementing and enhancing the home’s style.
An astounding seven-bedroom home on Smith Lake, owned by the Heatherlys, rounds out the Christmas Tour of Homes. Built in 2022, the large family lake house will be decorated throughout multiple outdoor seating areas. Traditional Christmas decorations and fresh greenery will adorn the halls, ensuring all who enter leave with a little more joy than they had when they arrived.
The Christmas Tour of Homes will take place on Sunday, Dec. 3, beginning at 1 p.m. and is expected to last until 5. Tickets are $20 each. They can be purchased from any Share Club member or from local merchants J. Drake Salon, Three Pears, Cullman Cabinet/The Added Touch or The Corner Soak & Spa. Tickets will also be available at each stop on the tour, to be purchased at the door.
Proceeds from the 2023 Christmas Tour of Homes will Hospice of Cullman County, Good Samaritan Health Clinic, Restoring Women Outreach and Cullman Regional Foundation’s Oncology Patient Assistance Fund.
