Robert Lee Hare Sr., age 78, of Cullman, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2023, at his residence. He was born Feb. 25, 1945, to Elmore Hare and Dorothy Mae Hare.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Jean Russell and Darlene Guffey; and brother, Wayne Hare.
Survivors include his daughter, Connie Duke; son, Bobby Hare; life partner, Melba Harris; grandchildren, Joseph (Whitny) Nabors, Megan Hinkle, Sam Bearden, Daniel Bearden, and Denise Bearden; great-grandchildren, Daxton Nabors, Madison Bearden, McKenly Bearden, and Kamri Bearden; great-great-grandchild, Walker Tate Walden; sisters, Brenda (O.B.) Works, Teresa Waddell, and Karen (Steve) Smith; brother, Ray Hare; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Stone Bridge Farms.
