Graveside services for Christopher Bales, 49, of Bremen, AL. will be 11 Monday, Nov. 13, 2023 at Johnson Grove Cemetery. Visitation for the public will be Sunday, Nov. 12 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home.
Mr. Bales was born on Dec. 7, 1973, in Birmingham, Alabama. He passed away Nov. 9, 2023, in Cullman, Alabama. Mr. Bales was a skilled carpenter and outdoor enthusiast who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether crafting intricate designs or outdoor adventures like hunting, fishing, and off-roading, he lived with passion and dedication.
Above all, his greatest source of pride and love were his two sons, who shared in his enthusiasm for life. He also took pride in the boys’ sports and activities. Mr. Bales leaves behind a legacy of craftsmanship and the cherished memories created with his beloved sons. May his memory live on in the hearts of those he loved.
Mr. Bales is survived by his parents, Norman and Teresa Bales; children, Cody Bales, and Cole Bales; mother of his children, Stephanie Bales; aunts and uncles, Del and Cindy Bales, Margaret and Roger Woodard, Barbara and Danny Williams, Nancy and Larry Veahman, Gerald and Ann Alvis.
Mr. Bales was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lloyd and Louise Bales and Toppy and Luella Alvis.
