Ida Lou Peregoy, age 89, passed away on Sunday, Sep. 17, 2023 at Cullman Regional. She was born, Sep. 21, 1933 to William Jessie and Viva Lee Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Peregoy; son-in-law, Dale Smith and ten brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughter, Denise Smith; sons, David (Laura) Ransom and Darin (Leah) Ransom; grandchildren, Joshua (Ashley) Smith, Bryant (Hannah) Ransom, Jesse (Kayla) Ransom, Brittany (Chase) Howse and Jacob Ransom; great grandchildren, Liam, Owen and Tucker Ransom, Emma and Gage Smith, Benton Lee Howse; sister, Marlene Anderson and a host of nieces, nephews, family and loved ones.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
