Funeral service for Betty Skinner McSwain, age 86, of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Clyde Ledlow and Steton Hayes officiating; burial at Jones Chapel Cemetery on Thursday July 13, 2023 at 11 a.m. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. McSwain passed away on Monday, July 10, 2023 at Woodland Village Health Care. She was born Aug. 4, 1936, to Johnny Bertis Raley and Lois Raley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Bueron Skinner and Mancel McSwain; daughter, Wonda Skinner; and sister, Melba Fowler.
Survivors include her children, Leasia Murphree and Ricky Skinner, grandchildren, Jamie (Micah) Sims, Lorie (Shannon) Jones, Lacey (Durand) Lemley, and Landon Murphree, great-grandchildren, Kyle, Allie, Hayden, Griffin Dawson, Lane, Daxton and Lincoln; sister, Dean Raley; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Durand Lemley, Shannon Jones, Micah Sims, Landon Murphree, Hayden
Jones, Kyle Huffstutler, and Dawson Lemley.
