Funeral Service for Marie Henderson Derrick, age 73, of Cullman, will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home; interment in Center Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Derrick passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023, at Cullman Regional. She was born Dec. 24, 1949, to Gurley Henderson and Pearl Cole Henderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Emmett Henderson, Jesse Henderson, and Ray Henderson.
Survivors include her husband, Coleman Mayes Derrick; daughters, Kimberly (Johnathan) Kanaday, Shonda DeBeradinis (Greg Wolwark), and Christy Derrick; grandchildren, Chris (Jodie) Kanaday, Cody Kanaday, Stormy Screws, Ethan Wolwark, MaKayla Wolwark, Mashea McDearmond, and Rosalynn McDearmond; great-grandchildren, Mason Kanaday, Kenleigh Kanaday, Beckett Kanaday, and Delilah Uden; brother, Euel (Marie) Henderson; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
